The 35t5 may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the indicated deadline constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account within the notice period without penalty by requesting a withdrawal of your available real balance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this document and applicable Brazilian law, Brazilian law shall prevail. Users' rights as consumers are guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), regardless of what these Terms may state.
Disputes arising from the relationship between the user and the 35t5 should preferably be resolved amicably through the platform's support channels.
